Find answers to common questions about ScottCo-operative services and features.
General Banking
To open a ScottCo-operative account, you need to contact our admin team. We don't offer self-registration for security reasons.
Our admins will create your account with a unique account number, and you'll receive your login credentials via secure channels.
Required information includes your full name, email address, country of residence, and valid identification.
You'll need to provide a valid government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID card),
proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and contact information. Additional documents
may be required based on your country's regulations and the type of account you're opening.
You can check your account balance by logging into your ScottCo-operative dashboard. Your current balance
is displayed prominently on the main dashboard. You can also view detailed transaction history
and account statements from the same interface.
Wire Transfers
To send money, log into your account and navigate to "Wire Transfer". Enter the recipient's account number,
verify their details, enter the amount, and confirm the transaction. You'll receive an OTP (One-Time Password)
for verification before the transfer is completed. The process is instant and secure.
Transfer limits depend on your account type and verification level. Standard accounts have daily limits
that can be increased with additional verification. There's no minimum transfer amount, but maximum
limits apply for security reasons. Contact support for specific limit information.
ScottCo-operative transfers are processed instantly. Once you complete the OTP verification, the money
is immediately credited to the recipient's account. You'll receive confirmation notifications
for both the sender and recipient accounts.
Mobile Banking
Yes! ScottCo-operative is fully responsive and optimized for mobile devices. You can access all banking
features through your mobile browser without needing to download an app. The interface automatically
adapts to your screen size for the best user experience.
Absolutely. Our mobile platform uses the same security protocols as the desktop version, including
SSL encryption, OTP verification, and secure session management. We recommend using secure networks
and keeping your login credentials private.
Security
OTP (One-Time Password) is a security feature that generates a unique 6-digit code for sensitive
operations like wire transfers. The code is sent to your registered email or phone and expires
after a short time. This adds an extra layer of security to prevent unauthorized transactions.
Use a strong, unique password and never share your login credentials. Always log out after banking
sessions, especially on shared devices. Verify URLs before entering credentials, enable browser
security features, and contact us immediately if you notice any suspicious activity.
If your account is suspended, you'll see a notification when you log in explaining the reason.
Contact our support team immediately to resolve the issue. Suspensions are usually temporary
and can be lifted once the underlying issue is addressed.
Fees & Charges
No, ScottCo-operative operates with complete transparency. All fees are clearly disclosed upfront and
there are no hidden charges. We believe in honest banking practices and will always inform
you of any applicable fees before you complete a transaction.
Transfer fees vary based on the destination and amount. Domestic transfers within the same
country are typically free or have minimal charges. International transfers may have
competitive fees based on the receiving country and currency conversion rates.
ScottCo-operative offers fee-free account maintenance for most account types. Premium accounts with
additional features may have optional service fees, but these are clearly outlined in your
account agreement. Standard banking operations remain free of charge.
